Terms & Conditions
By booking and attending classes with Twizzlers Gymnastics & Trampoline Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Class Places & Ongoing Attendance
Following any trial period, your child’s place in the class will be reserved on an ongoing basis.
If you do not wish to continue after the trial period, please inform us as soon as possible so the place can be offered to another child.
British Gymnastics Membership
Following the trial period, all gymnasts must hold a valid British Gymnastics membership.
This must be completed directly by parents/guardians via:
Membership must remain valid for your child to continue attending classes.
Missed Classes
Missed classes are non-refundable. Catch-up classes may be offered where availability allows and must be arranged in advance.
Changes to Classes
The club reserves the right to amend coaches, class times, venues, fees, or class structure where reasonably necessary. Notice will be given wherever possible.
Communication
All cancellation requests and important account queries must be made in writing to the club.
Riddlesdown Classes – Monthly Payments & Cancellation
The following terms apply to Riddlesdown classes only.
Monthly Class Payments
Class fees for Riddlesdown classes are payable monthly via our subscription payment system.
Payments secure your child’s place in their class each week and must be active to maintain that place.
Waddon classes and after-school classes currently remain on their existing payment arrangements unless otherwise advised.
Cancellation Notice
A minimum of one month’s written notice is required to cancel a child’s place in Riddlesdown classes.
Once notice has been received, one further full monthly payment will be due. Your child may continue attending classes during this notice period.
For example, if notice is given during May, the final payment will be due in June and the place will end at the end of June.
Failed or Missed Payments
If a payment fails or remains unpaid, the club reserves the right to suspend or cancel the child’s place until payments are brought up to date.
Acceptance
By continuing with classes and maintaining an active booking, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
